It is still increasingly popular in the (inter)national BDSM-scene.<\/p>\n<p>Everyone uses their own type of ropes, by preference or availability. The second is the most troublesome or challenging, especially in The Netherlands.<\/p>\n<p>Often cotton or synthetic ropes are being used that are easily and cheaply obtainable.<br \/>\nThe original materials used for Japanese bondage are jute and hemp. These materials do not stretch (when properly prepared) and have the property of \u201cholding\u201d a knot very well, because of the superficial fibers gripping into eachother.<br \/>\nTherefore they are very appropriate for bondage.<\/p>\n<p>More information on this subject is available <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bindme.nl\/wp\/?page_id=1461\">HERE<\/a> or in the menu under Rope.<\/p>\n<p>Because the preparation of hemp- and jute rope from the raw material is a very time consuming activity (washing\/boiling, dyeing, drying, flaming (fuzzies off), oiling), many people are scared off to do this themselves.<\/p>\n<p>Now here is the opportunity to acquire prepared original bondagerope through BindMe.<\/p>\n<p>Bindme Ropes come completely prepared and ready for use. The rope is delivered with a knot (or whipping if you prefer) at each end to avoid the ends to unravel.<\/p>\n<p>Our jute has been prepared in such a way that there is no residue of petrochemical smell or oil. During the jute manufacturing process lubricants like JBO (Jute Batching Oil) have been used to protect the machines.
